Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit stopped a black Hyundai i30 in Hasland when the driver was spotted breaking the law.
They tweeted: “Seen chatting on his phone whilst not wearing a seat belt. Not listed on the insurance. Reported to court.
"Car belongs to his mum. Mum called to collect car. Ticket for mum too for permitting him to drive with no insurance. #Fatal4 #Traffic”
