Ross Beardsley, 30, of Springvale Close, Danesmoor, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to failing to comply with the notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 by failing to register as being of no fixed abode. Community order to last until September 6, 2019, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ashley Russell Dunn, 21, of Overdale, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed after release from imprisonment by failing to attend with the supervising officer. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Committed to prison for seven days.

Ann Howe, 29, of Rectory Road, Clowne. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend with the responsible officer. Order to be varied with a curfew requirement with electronic monitoring for ten weeks with the original Rehabilitation Activity Requirement to continue. Must pay £60 costs.

Craig Anthony Dickson, 32, of Longcroft Court, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to entering a building, namely Hoofs, Paws and Claws, on Hasland Road, Chesterfield, as a trespasser and stole a keyring with four keys. Must pay £200 compensation. Admitted committing an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order which had been imposed for two thefts. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original thefts which had been subject to the suspended sentence order including stealing goods valued at £142.91 belonging to Asda and stealing goods valued at £171.65 belonging to Tesco. Committed to prison for 38 weeks.

Daniel Lee Parkes, 42, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. No separate penalty. Indicated a guilty plea to being in Chesterfield town centre which he was prohibited from doing by a Criminal Behaviour Order. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Committed to prison for four weeks.

Kizzy Horden, 33, of Dale Road, Matlock. Found guilty of inflicting grievous bodily harm after pushing an elderly man. Must pay £1,300 in compensation. Committed to prison for six months suspended for 12 months, due to remorse, with an eight-week curfew with electronic monitoring and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. No action taken on the breach.

Motoring

Christopher Goodlad, 28, of Burnside Avenue, Shirland, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £826 and must pay £85 costs and an £82 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and failed to stop. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to failing to report the accident to police after not leaving any personal details. No separate penalty.

Shaun Roberts, 46, of Kendall Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. Community order to last until March 7, 2020, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 80 hours of unpaid work. He must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle at a speed exceeding 70mph on the A61 from Dronfield to Chesterfield at namely 95mph. No separate penalty.

Stephen Thomas Bray, 40, of Brunswick Street, Chesterfield. Found guilty of driving a vehicle dangerously on Peveril Road, Stand Road and St John’s Road, Chesterfield. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £620 costs. Committed to prison for six months. Disqualified from driving for 30 months. Found guilty of using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Found guilty of driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for 12 months which had been imposed for an offence of obstructing a police officer. No action taken on the breach. Application to amend the requirements of a suspended sentence order granted on the grounds that an electronically curfew tagged requirement is now revoked. Suspended sentence order which had been imposed for possessing a knife in a public place varied to 16 weeks of custody suspended for 12 months with the original Rehabilitation Activity Requirement to continue.

Samuel George Cawley, 24, of Abbeyhill Close, Holme Hall, Chesterfield. Found guilty of driving a vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fined £112 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £300 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Damien Paul Rough, 39, of Frecheville Street, Staveley. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £340 and must pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Liam Giles, 21, of Newstead Close, Selston. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £360 and must pay a £36 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Jason Todd Allison, 29, of Queensway, Stonebroom. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. Fined £200. Driving record endorsed with six points. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. Fined £200 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £150 costs.

Ian Donald Hudson, 39, of Chapel Street, Brimington, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 0.86grammes of 5F-MDMB-PINACA, commonly known as Mamba, a controlled class B substance. Discharged conditionally for three months. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Wayne France, 44, of no fixed abode. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 0.20 grammes of diamorphine, a controlled class A drug, at Walton Fields Road, Walton, Chesterfield. Discharged conditionally for three months. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Matthew Keith Herrett, 37, of Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 0.78grammes of diamorphine, a controlled class A drug. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 49 grammes of controlled class B drug cannabis. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.
