Police appeal to trace high-value items stolen during raid on business in Derbyshire town centre

The public are being urged to help officers locate a series of high-value items stolen during a burglary in a Derbyshire town.

The burglary occurred on December 10 between 10.00pm and 10.35pm at a business in Derwent Street, Belper.

A significant amount of items, including gold jewellery and Blue John bowls and chalices, were stolen during the incident.

Today (Wednesday, March 8) officers have released images of some of the items that were stolen in a bid to trace them.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have information on the burglary, as well as anyone who may have been offered any of the stolen items for sale.
