A number of people were jailed in courts in Derbyshire in May.
This is not a list of all offenders jailed, but of those who have committed the most serious offences when Derbyshire Police have deemed it worthy to release their custody photographs to the public.
5. Lian Clarke
Clarke, formerly of Edensor Avenue, Fairfield, Buxton, was jailed for 24 weeks after admitting three counts of fraud. She falsely applied for a credit card and a loan in someone elses name and went on to use the credit card
Howell, 38, of Mountcastle Walk, Newbold, was jailed for 6 years 9 months after being convicted of rape of a child under 16, 2 counts of gross indecency with a child under 14 and 2 counts of indecent assault of a girl under 14
24, of St Thomas Road in Derby, was jailed for 4 and half years after admitting possessing material likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism and 8 counts of disseminating terrorist publications
