DARREN BROADBENT: Drug dealers to face no further action
It was revealed in court on Monday that the pair - Jaiden Browne-Evans, 18, and a 15-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons - were using a Grangewood flat as a base from which to deal drugs.
However, Derbyshire Police have now confirmed that they are not pursuing the drug case against them due to ‘insufficient evidence’.

Susan Shaw, 45, was sentenced to six years for conspiracy to commit robbery on Monday after organising the robbery in which Mr Broadbent died.
The murder charges against the two men were dropped last month because the prosecution felt that there was no chance of securing a successful conviction.
