A NEW working art studio and gallery has been opened up in a historic Cromford building.
Artist Clare Walton has launched Kute Fine Art in the Old Counting House at Cromford Wharf, a Grade II listed building which was restored by the Arkwright Society.
Situated next to the Cromford Canal the gallery will feature Ms Walton’s artwork along with top UK artists such as Jack Vettriano, Gary Walton, Angela Smyth and Armandie Haywood.
Clare said: “When the Old Counting House became vacant I just that knew it would be a perfect spot for a quality Art Gallery.
“Thanks to the team at the Arkwright Society I have managed to open almost on time and I am sure that visitors will be very pleased with what I have to offer.”
