Fake salesman threaten man in Derbyshire house

Police are investigating after two fake window salesman threatened a man at his home in Derbyshire.

The men were wearing blue Staybright Windows t-shirts when they knocked on the door of a house on Fairview Close in Kilburn on Thursday, April 7 at 12.15pm.

The fake salesman were said to have been “very aggressive” towards the homeowner during a verbal altercation in which they threatened him.

Staybright Windows have confirmed that the men are not employed by them.

They were described as white, in their early 20s and both had short, cropped hair.
