CREATIVE adults and children made fabric flowers as part of a textile workshop in Belper.
The session was put on at the town’s North Mill last week by Viv Scott.
She said: “It was very successful. We had a lot of fun and we were very creative.
“Lots of lovely flowers were made and everyone seemed to have a really good time.”
The session was originally just for adults, but older children were allowed to join in.
Fifteen people attended the session and they made fabric flowers using recycled materials or remnants of fabric.
Viv added: “We will probably run this session again at some point during the year.”
And as well as that, Viv said that there will be an embroidery workshop on Wednesday, June 6, and an origami session on Saturday, July 7.
