A POPULAR visitors’ centre was packed over the weekend as Denby Pottery held its third annual fun day.
Excited youngsters indulged in a wide range of entertainment from face painting to pedal carts on offer on Saturday and Sunday.
For the adventurous there was a huge inflatable medieval castle to explore and a dinosaur slide.
And children were wowed by local entertainers, Pinxton Puppets and Alex the Magician.
Marketing manager at the visitor centre Helen Hopwood said the annual fun day started in 2009 as part of the pottery’s bicentenary celebrations. She said: “It just has a feel good factor!”
