A BELPER woman who suffers from a rare disorder that has left her in a wheelchair is organising a fundraising event to generate money for a charity close to her heart.

Mum-of-two Kerry Bull, who lives on Windmill Rise, Belper, suffers with Friedrich’s Ataxia, a condition that attacks the nervous system, affecting co-ordination and balance.

Despite her condition, she is organising a raffle, tombola, skittles, cake stall, magic, camel racing, four live bands and a raffle at the Greyhound Inn on Whitemoor Lane, Belper, in aid of the Ataxia UK charity on Saturday, June 23.
