Community order to last until July 10, 2019, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Committed an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for 12 months imposed for a shop theft. No action taken on the breach.

James Thomas William Bannister, 34, of Marsh Lane Crescent, Belper. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing an electric toothbrush valued at £220 belonging to Boots, on King Street, at Belper. Pleaded guilty to stealing tanning products belonging to Boots, on King Street, at Belper. Must pay £370 compensation. Committed to prison for 20 weeks.
