Lessons outside are now part of everyday school life for Holbrook School for Autism, thanks to the gift of an outdoor classroom from Boots Soltan.

The new ‘alfresco‘ learning space means pupils can make the most of the sunshine this summer following the transformation of their school’s outside space. The bespoke classroom has been created to launch the ‘Boots Soltan Schools’ initiative to help drive awareness of the importance of staying safe in the sun. The school was selected to launch the initiative due to the fact they were unable to make the most of their outside space as it was in need of a makeover. Headteacher Julian Scholefield said: “We’re so grateful to Boots Soltan for transforming the outdoor space at our school and children are looking forward to being able to have some of their lessons outside.”
