Hide AdJack’s daughter Jayne Goodwin, 60, of Brimington Common, said: “This is a wonderful tribute to my dad.
“We're all absolutely delighted with it and so proud.
“After he died, I knew I had to do something to make sure he would never be forgotten – so I got in touch with the council and that’s how Jack Reynolds Way came about.”
Jack Reynolds Way is about halfway up Sycamore Road – where Jack lived with his beloved wife Kathleen – and the pathway leads up to Laurel Crescent.
Jayne added: “Me and my sister Christine and brothers Mike and Chris used to run up and down the pathway when we were out playing as kids – so it seemed very fitting to name it in memory of our wonderful dad.”
