Rotary donate cash to children's hospice
Russell Hall thanked the club for its generous support for the children’s hospice which offers care and support to children with a shortened life expectancy across Derbyshire and South Yorkshire, both in their own homes and at the hospice in North Anston.
President Mike Cudzich-Madry then continued with business at the monthly business meeting held at the Olde House on Friday, October 7.

Hide AdThe president gave a short report on the district 1220 conference held at Scarborough. He highlighted two items, the ongoing worldwide campaign by Rotary to eradicate polio which is fully supported by the club, and an education project in the African Republic of Mali where a donation of just £12.50 per annum can fund a child’s yearly education.
