Selfless Tapton youngster Teegan raises £3,000 for Little Princess Trust
Caring Teegan Davis was happy to part with her waist-length blonde hair after hearing about the amazing work of the Little Princess Trust, who make the wigs out of donated hair.
The Hollingwood primary school pupil made the cut at Humbug salon where hairdresser Danny Bradbury collected the locks before styling Teegan’s hair into a snazzy new bob.

“The amount raised just goes to show how many people rushed to donate because she’s so well known for her lovely nature,” said Elliott.
“We’re not sure how she found out about the Little Princess Trust, but it didn’t come as a shock when she told us she wanted to donate her hair.
“She’s just incredibly caring and loving, it comes naturally to her. She’s always putting other people before herself.”

“We’d like to say a special thank you to Danny Bradbury for cutting and styling Teegan’s hair for free and making her feel comfortable.

“And obviously, thank you to everyone who has made a donation.
“Receiving a free, real wig has a very positive impact on a child or young adult at such a difficult time.”
