BELPER residents who have recently registered a birth, death or marriage can have their say about Derbyshire County Council’s registration service.
Anyone visiting a register office before Wednesday, February 29, will be given a survey to complete about the service they received.
It includes questions about the quality of service, appointments being on time, helpfulness of staff and waiting room facilities.
Cllr Carol Hart, of the county council, said: “Most people will have to visit a register office at some time. That’s why it’s crucial the service we provide is as good as it can be.”
As well as the paper version, the survey is also available to complete online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk/council/have_your_say.
