EXCITED staff at the Morrisons supermarket in Belper are raising a smile in aid of charity.
Every year all 451 of the grocery giant’s stores kickstart a campaign to raise cash for a chosen charity.
This time around customers at the Belper store will be able to donate cash in aid of Save the Children.
Morrisons chief executive, Dalton Philips, said: “As one of the country’s biggest retailers we have an obligation to give something back to the communities which we serve.
“With the help of Save The Children, our colleagues and customers, Morrisons hope that our Raise a Smile campaign for 2011 will be even more rewarding than ever before.”
All the funds raised from the Raise a Smile partnership will support the charity’s work to ensure that children across the UK get the best start in life through its Families and Schools Together (FAST) programme.
