VIDEO: Storm Gertrude battered a Kinder walker
As Storm Gertrude batters the country, a Derbyshire walker had to steady himself as he tried to get a closer look at a waterfall being blown back up hill.
Last week the 100ft waterfall – known as Kinder Downfall – was frozen solid, enabling a climber to make his way up the giant icicles handing from the edge of Kinder Scout – the Peak District’s only mountain between Hayfield and Edale.
