WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS! -- Belper Meadows U16s indoor cricket team with their trophies after the last match of the season.

In a six-team league that started last September, Belper played 15 matches, winning 13 and losing just two. They clinched the title in the last game of the season, beating Odds ‘N’ Sods by 36 runs after a fine knock of 31 by captain Adam Hardwick and a man-of-the-match performance by Nathan Hunt, who scored 17 runs and took three wickets.

As well as Hardwick and Hunt, the other members of the successful Belper Meadows squad are: Dom Attenborough, Scott Gadsby, Oliver Horder, Chris Howkins, Josh Riley, Oliver Waterfall and Zack Whittingham.
