Belper Ladies wore new shirts, sponsored by construction company Bowmer and Kirkland, for their trip to Loughborough Students.
After a good performance in the first half , which ended goalless, Belper were sunk by three goals in six minutes , early in the second half.
The 3-0 defeat means their battle against relegation a year after gaining promotion to tghe National League has been made that bit harder.
Belper are currently bottom of the Women’s Conference North with seven points, three behind Timperley and four behind Liverpool Sefton with only two matches remaining.
However, other teams in the relegation battle also lost at the weekend and Belper’s final two matches are against teams in the lower half of the table.
On Saturday they entertain Sutton Coldfield before a crunch match on the last day of the season at relegation rivals Liverpool Sefton.
