Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbott have reunited for the first time since their Beautiful South days for a forthcoming autumn tour.
Their new single Moulding Of A Fool is out this week and additional tour dates have now been announcd due to phenomenal demand.
Paul Heaton was the frontman and co-songwriter for The Beautiful South for almost 20 years.
During that time, they were one of the most commercially and critically successful British bands around.
Jacqui Abbott was a singer with the band during their middle period and starred on such big hits as Rotterdam, Don’t Marry Her, Perfect 10 and Everybody’s Talkng, to name just a few.
The tour now includes a date at Nottingham’s Royal Concert all on Wednesday, November 26.
These dates follow the sold-out success of Paul and Jacqui’s spring tour and also the release of the new album What Have We Become.
This is their first album together since the multi-million selling days of The Beautiful South. The record has been a massive success, both critically and commercially, going straight in the charts at Number 3 on release.
