EMILY Franklin brings her dynamic fusion of music styles to Nottingham Playhouse for a gig in the playroom on Saturday, October 15.
One of the rising stars of the current Nottingham music scene, she takes a wide range of styles, from funk to country, and mixes them with her powerful, soulful delivery and strong sense of humour to create an attractive whole.
The performance starts at 8pm and tickets are £8 (£6 concessions).
The playroom will also be the venue, on Sunday, October 16, for a Live and Local event, from 7pm, celebrating the city’s diverse and multi-talented music community.
Performing will be Elena Hargreaves, Saint Raymond, Percydread, Mique, Breadchasers, Jimmy The Squirrel, Nina Smith, Karizma and Kambasemba.
