Unique music collective to play Belper venue

Captain Chaos will be performing a gig in Belper this week.

Best described as a loose musical collective, Captain Chaos bring their unique blend of folk and music hall humour to The Queens Head, Belper on Saturday, November 21.

Long-term festival favourites, the line up of Andy Martin, Eliza P and Jolly Jock are all accomplished and versatile musicians but are justly admired for their humorous and good time approach.

Andy likes to refer to himself as a squeezer of inflatable boxes while Eliza P’s take on modern life has been compared with Victoria Wood.

Jock, of course, should need little introduction to festival audiences. Rest assured that the iceberg will continue to present its own side of a certain nautical disaster and that Uncle Walter’s hazardous nocturnal pursuits carry on unabated.

Admission to the gig is £8 and doors open at 8pm.
