  • I totaly disagree with the coment in the article saying The flashing signs, like the one on Kilburn Road in Belper, are much more effective at actuall -
  • To all intents and purposes, it really doesn't matter what speed you are doing if some idiot steps out in front of you and you have no time to brake. -
  • It does not take much effort to keep an eye on your speed, in fact the speedometer should be looked at at least every 10 seconds. if you cant do that -
