'Dad of the week': Two young children found not wearing seatbelts in uninsured van in Chesterfield by police
Police seized a van in Chesterfield after the driver was found to only have a provisional licence and no insurance.
Derbyshire Roads Police also said two young children sat on the front bench seat were 'unrestrained'.
