Officers from the Derbyshire Road Policing Unit received reports of a foreign registered car driving at very high speed on M1.
The Mercedes S63 AMG already had a marker on for previous high speeding offences on the motorway
Officers pulled over the veicle near to junction 27 of the M1, but after the driver was unable to produce an insurance certificate, they seized the Mercedes.
